First Responder Courses

We offer a variety of courses that will teach you a myriad of skills to keep you and your friends safe in all sorts of remote conditions. Nature Reconnection hosts two main classes for remote first responders; First Aid, CPR and AED. Wilderness and Remote First Aid. These two courses cover a breadth of knowledge necessary for any backcountry enthusiast.

Skills Covered

Here is a breakdown of what we cover in each class. All skills covered in our First Aid CPR, and AED course are covered within the Wilderness and Remote First Aid class.

The Standards

By signing up for our Wilderness and Remote First Aid course, you will also learn everything covered within our First Aid, CPR, and AED class. This includes a certification through the American Red Cross & Nature Reconnection (valid for 2 years).

Passing either of these courses means you have met not only the American Red Cross standards, but ours as well. We will rigorously challenge you through a myriad of scenarios to ensure you have the confidence required to be a leader in any emergency situation.
